1. Creation description

- With the primary color of vegetable tanned leather as the background the design is in the style of sheridan tang grass and it is carved on the leather with the leather carving technique showing the particularity of Taiwan.

2. Product Features

- This is the original color vegetable tanned leather which will change to the user's unique color (usually honey or reddish brown) with time and use. One of the unique pleasures of vegetable tanned leather.

- The leather carving pattern color uses a covering pigment which will not change drastically under normal use. Use to avoid friction and scratches and fading.

3. Material and size

- Material description: European imported vegetable tanned cowhide

- Size description: Length 9cm x Width 5cm x Height 6cm can hold small items such as stamps and change.

- Precautions: Since leather is made from animal epidermis there will be texture or spots on the surface which are all natural phenomena. During the production process of leather goods we will try our best to avoid the parts with obvious scars. If you find tiny traces on the goods please understand that this part is not a defect. If there is perfectionism please think twice before ordering thank you.

4. Product production and delivery

- In stock: The goods in the design hall are mainly made to order. If you need stock urgently please ask before ordering thank you.

- Customized products: All the products in the Design Museum can be customized. They will be made and sent after the order is placed. It will take about 7~10 working days for ticket holders (excluding Saturdays and festivals).

- Production: All hand-sewn and made in Taiwan.

5. Returns and Warranty

- Returns: Please refer to the rules of the sales platform for returns. If you have any doubts please discuss with the designer before ordering and then decide whether to order.

- After-sales Warranty: Please check the integrity of the product after receiving it. If there is any problem please contact the designer as soon as possible. Problems caused by subsequent use are not covered by the warranty. If you have any questions you can contact us and we will try our best to provide assistance or advice to the best of our ability.

6. Basic maintenance

- The best way to maintain leather goods is to use them regularly. The grease on our hands is the most natural maintenance oil.

- If the leather goods need to be left unused for a long time mold will easily grow in the island climate of Taiwan. It is recommended to place them in a dry box or a dry place and the humidity is recommended to be below 60%.

- If the leather is soaked in water it will cause oil loss and dryness. It needs basic maintenance (once every 1 to 3 months). First use a soft brush to lightly brush the leather surface and then use a clean soft cloth to dip a thin layer of maintenance oil on it. One layer the leather after maintenance will be more shiny than before maintenance.
